GRAND FORKS (KFGO-AM) -- A third person has now been charged in a drug conspiracy case in Grand Forks.
Joshua Fulp, 20, is charged with conspiring to possess and distribute narcotics, including ecstasy, fentanyl and heroin. The drugs were tied to the deaths or injury of 5 people. Two others were charged earlier.
Bailey Henke, 18, died in January after overdosing on powdered fentanyl at a Grand Forks apartment. Evan Poitra, 19, died in his Grand Forks home of a drug overdose last July.
