BISMARCK, N.D. (KFGO-AM) Bismarck police say a 32-year-old woman with a blood alcohol level of more than three times the legal limit was driving with her 4-year-old daughter in the car.
Ashley Harris, of Bismarck, has been charged with reckless endangerment and DUI with a minor in the vehicle.
Harris had a blood alcohol level of .295 an hour after she was arrested Tuesday night.
A witness told police dispatchers that Harris nearly struck a bridge driving into Bismarck and was swerving all over the road. The reckless endangerment charge is a class C felony punishable by a maximum of five years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
