MOORHEAD, Minn. (KFGO-AM) - A confidential informant helped lead police in Moorhead to a sizeable drug bust on Monday.
According to court documents, investigators seized about a quarter pound of meth from 45 year-old Brian Coppinger. Coppinger is facing felony drug charges that could land him in prison for up to 30 years.
Police also found prescription pills and more than $3,100 in cash.
Coppinger had been on parole. He was released from a North Dakota prison on an unrelated charge last fall.
