FARGO, ND. (KFGO AM) -- A statewide Travel Alert remains in effect for North Dakota as a winter storm impacts the region through today with blowing and drifting snow that will reduce visibility and create hazardous driving conditions.
KFGO forecaster Terry Spies says a Winter Storm Warning remains in effect until Thursday morning.
Plows are out, but drivers will find highways and streets in the Fargo-Moorhead area snow covered and slippery in spots.
Watch intersections, ramps and bridge decks this morning and drive for conditions.
The National Weather Service in Grand Forks expects four-to-six inches of snow in the Red River Valley with higher amounts to the east.
