BISMARCK - (VALLEY NEWS LIVE) -- The Attorney General's office has reached an agreement with the Bridal Shop in Fargo for a judgement and restitution for customers impacted by the store's closure in August of 2013.
The owner, Gretchen Ingbretson, owes $64,000 dollars for unpaid services and merchandise, but does not have enough money to pay back all the debt.
The Attorney General's office says Ingbretson will have to pay back customers when she can in order to get the 187 judgements off her record, but she will not face additional prosecution if she fails to pay all of that money back.
After announcing their closure, the Bridal Shop worked to set up their clients with other bridal stores in the area to ensure the orders were fulfilled.
