FARGO (KFGO-AM) - Security guards at West Acres in Fargo are now carrying body camera's.
Mall manager Chris Heaton says the new equipment is an extension of the mall's existing security camera network. He says the body cams can de-escalate a situation quickly when people realize they're being video-taped.
Guards will only record if an incident occurs.
