WILLISTON, N.D. (AP) - Three inmates at the Williams County Correctional Center in Williston are accused of possessing a cellphone in the jail after two of them allegedly posted photos of themselves on Facebook.
Andrew Nutt, Kevyn Johannesson and William Foy all have been charged with a felony that carries a maximum punishment of five years in prison. Court documents do not list attorneys for any of the men.
Authorities allege Foy smuggled the phone into the jail by hiding it in his underwear, and that Nutt and Johannesson used it to post Facebook photos in December. Foy allegedly invented a charger for the phone.
Foy and Nutt are from Williston. Johannesson is from Blain, Washington.
