FARGO (KFGO-AM) - Freezing rain fell across eastern North Dakota and northwestern Minnesota overnight.
A coating of ice is making travel conditions hazardous. Local streets in the Fargo-Moorhead area are extremely slippery. Vehicles are sliding out of control.
Several crashes have been reported along I-94. The Minnesota State Patrol says the worst conditions are between Fergus Falls and St. Cloud. Troopers say conditions are slowly improving.
A No Travel Advisory has been issued in Otter Tail and Douglas Counties.
