MINOT, N.D. (AP) - The suspect in a North Dakota homicide has made his initial court appearance after being extradited from Pennsylvania.
The bond for 37-year-old Anthony Campbell has been set at $500,000 cash. Campbell was arrested in November in Philadelphia on a murder warrant and an unrelated burglary warrant.
Campbell has been accused in the slaying of 25-year-old Shannon Brunelle, who was found dead in a garage at an apartment building on Sept. 15.
The murder charge carries a maximum punishment of life in prison without parole. Campbell's next court appearance is scheduled for Feb. 12.
It was not immediately clear whether Campbell has an attorney.
