FARGO, ND. (KFGO AM) -- A man who pleaded guilty for his role in a prostitution case in Fergus Falls and then didn't show up for sentencing is in the Cass County Jail.
James Caswell was arrested over the weekend by Fargo police.
He is being held on a parole violation and giving false information to police.
Caswell pleaded guilty in August to felony prostitution charges.
He and another man were accused of pimping three women.
