ROSEVILLE, Minn. (AP) - It's a happy start to the new year for a Minnesota Lottery raffle winner.
The holder of one of two $1 million tickets has come forward. Jackpot-winning tickets were sold in Anoka and Blue Earth counties. The winners have until this time next year to claim their prize money.
There were also five $100,000 winners and several others worth between $100 and $25,000 or scored new cars. All told there were more than 4,100 tickets with some prizes attached.
