WILLISTON, N.D. (AP) - Authorities say three Mexican nationals are accused of trafficking methamphetamine in western North Dakota.

The Williston Herald reports the men were arrested following a vehicle crash on Dec. 22 in McKenzie County. The men's names were not released.

Authorities say the three men fled the vehicle following a crash with a tanker truck. Two of the men were arrested a short time later.

Authorities say during the search, a jug of laundry detergent containing 30 grams of methamphetamine was found, with an estimated street value of $6,000.

The third man was captured Wednesday, when agents of the U.S. Border Patrol notified the McKenzie County sheriff's office that the man had been captured near Williston following reports of drug sales in the area.
