Fargo, N.D. (AP) The leader of a Global Professional Support Services company that has delivery centers in major cities such as Mumbai, London and New York says many customers prefer outsourcing their business to Fargo.
A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held Wednesday for Integreon's new facility in Fargo. The 34,000-square-foot building will be home to 340 employees, with space for 900.
Integreon CEO Bob Gogel says that while the company's clients are major multinationals, many of them prefer to deal with smaller centers that have a "human touch.''
The new facility features a training center with advanced computers, virtual meeting spaces with large video monitors, and a cafeteria. A day care center is located next door.
The company has been in Fargo since 2001, but hasn't had its own facility until now.
