WAHEPTON, ND (KFGO-AM) -- Wahpeton Physical Education teacher Kelly McNary has been placed on administrative leave for alleged misconduct with two 5th grade students.
The allegations stem from an incident that occurred last week at Central Elementary School. School District attorney Fred Strege says its alleged McNary pushed the students up against a wall and made inappropriate comments to them.
Strege says the district considers the allegations to be serious and the goal is to conclude the investigation swiftly.
McNary is also the Wahpeton School District's wrestling coach.
