BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) -- Bismarck police investigating a homicide have arrested a 45-year-old homeless man.
Authorities say the male victim was found dead on a street next to a car about 1:30 a.m. Thursday. They did not immediately identify him.
Police were impounding the car, in which two people were seen by patrol officers late Wednesday.
The suspect was due in court later Thursday to be formally charged.
