Fargo, N.D. (AP) North Dakota Agriculture Commissioner Doug Goehring has scheduled the state's annual pesticide and fertilizer forum for Monday.
Goehring says the event will bring together pesticide and fertilizer users, applicators, dealers, manufacturers and personnel from the North Dakota State University Extension to discuss major issues and concerns related to agricultural chemicals.
Officials with the state's Department of Agriculture will lead presentations on various topics including fertilizer rules and sampling, updates on anhydrous ammonia issues, and the North Dakota pollinator plan.
The event is open to the public. It is scheduled to begin at 1 p.m. Monday at the Holiday Inn in Fargo.
