FARGO (KFGO-AM) -- A string of robberies continued in Fargo Saturday night with two more and two suspects police identified Friday that they believe are responsible for the robberies.
Police have one woman in custody who they believe is linked, that's Stephanie Lee Padilla. Officers are still looking for Arturo Amador-Diaz.
A call for the first armed robbery came in around 6pm at Caribou Coffee along 25th Street South in Fargo. A woman they believe to be Padilla entered the store, demanded cash and told an employee she had weapon, but never showed it.
Just 20 minutes later she entered a Petro Serve gas station along Main Avenue in Fargo where she again said she had a weapon, but didn't show it.
"We are very confident that the strides we've made will prevent any future events from occurring involving that suspect,” said Lt. Joel Vettel of the Fargo Police Department.
Officers are still trying to locate Diaz and are asking for the public’s help.
