FARGO (KFGO-AM) -- The committee reviewing the Fargo Police Department says despite this week's resignation of Chief Keith Ternes, their job isn't done yet.
Dave Todd is serving as Interim Chief, and the committee says it plans to do more fact finding to help the department build up. The committee has also made clear that the 170 police department employees want their voices to be heard.
Todd also has some changes he wants to see to. Todd says he's interested in going to an educational discipline system and changing the response to when an officer uses a form of force in the field.
The review committee plans to present its findings and recommendations to the Fargo City Commission on Nov. 24.
