FARGO (KFGO-AM) -- Five suspected illegal aliens were detained for Federal authorities after Fargo police made a traffic stop early Wednesday morning.
The five were in an SUV with florida license plates, pulled over at 13th Avenue South and I-29. Police say they were all carrying poor quality Mexican passports that contained no stamp and their photo's were taped on.
Sargent Tom Morris says it's unclear what their destination was. They were taken to the Cass County Jail, where they were to be picked up by Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents.
