FARGO (KFGO-AM) -- A Fargo woman has been given 90 days in jail after pleading guilty to reduced charges in the traffic death of her boyfriend last March.
Olivia Anderson was also put on probation for a year and ordered to pay $7,000 in funeral expenses. She pleaded guilty to reckless driving. A manslaughter charge was dropped as part of a plea deal. A charge of lying to police was also dismissed.
Dvraughn Rutues died three days after he was hit by a car driven by Anderson. He fell off the hood of the car. The two had been arguing.
