DEVILS LAKE, N.D. (AP) — Devils Lake officials are reviewing options to repay nearly $112,000 that was deposited in the city's lodging tax account by mistake.
State Tax Department spokesman Myles Vosberg says that the tax money was put into the city's account due to a computer error. He says the money had been mistakenly credited to the city since 2011
Vosberg says the state will be flexible in working out a repayment plan for the city.
