Bismarck, N.D. (AP) Authorities say two women who escaped from a correctional facility in southwestern North Dakota have been captured. Justice Lange and Jessica Briggs escaped from the Dakota Women's Correctional and Rehabilitation Center in New England on Wednesday night. Warden Rachelle Juntunen says the women were captured Thursday morning in Dickinson.
