Helena, Mont. (AP) An eastern Montana man and a western North Dakota man are charged with sexual abuse of children after prosecutors say they responded to online prostitution advertisements for sex with underage girls.
The Montana Department of Justice says 25-year-old Steve Unger of Glasgow, North Dakota and 37-year-old John Allyn Parker of Elgin, North Dakota were arrested Friday in Glendive. That's where officers say they arrived to have sex with girls ages 13 or 15.
Both made initial appearances in justice court in Glendive on Tuesday and are scheduled to enter pleas in district court on October 21st.
Unger was released from jail after posting a $75,000 bond. The DOJ says Parker remains jailed in Glendive with bail set at $75,000.
