Bismarck, N.D. (AP) A North Dakota man has been sentenced to five years in prison after pleading guilty to sexually assaulting two girls. 25-year-old Cyrus Cuba has pleaded guilty to two counts of class two a felony gross sexual imposition.
Mercer County State's Attorney Jessica Jo Binder says Cuba entered his plea in exchange for two five-year prison sentences to run concurrently.
The Beulah man has also been ordered to complete sex offender treatment while in prison and must register as a sex offender after being released.
Authorities in court records have said Cuba sexually assaulted a 14-year-old girl after he lured her to his camper. Authorities say a detective later found out that Cuba had also sexually assaulted a 12-year-old girl.
