Hannaford, N.D. (AP) CHS Incorporated has dedicated a $24 million rail propane terminal in eastern North Dakota. The facility west of Hannaford will have the capacity to store more than 1 million gallons of the fuel. The terminal will be operated by Central Plains Ag Services in a joint venture with CHS. Terminal Manager Mike Post says it will be open 24 hours a day.
