Bismarck, N.D. (AP) North Dakota's congressional delegation says Grand Forks, Jamestown and Parshall are getting federal airport improvement grants totaling more than $4 million. The delegation says Grand Forks is getting $2.8 million of the total to construct an aircraft rescue and firefighting building. Jamestown is getting $729,000 for wetland mitigation. Parshall is getting $489,000 to rehabilitate a runway.
