Moorhead (KFGO-AM) -- The attorney for a Moorhead man accused of assaulting a man with a machete, bat, and hammer at a Walgreens parking lot in Moorhead asks for more time to prepare his defense.
Michael Brown, 44, faces two counts of second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon.
In late August, Brown confronted a man in his car over an eBay sale dispute.
When police arrived on scene, they asked him to drop the weapons; Brown continued to be agitated and tore his shirt off.
In court, Brown's attorney asked the judge to continue the omnibus hearing since he just received evidence for Brown's case.
