MOORHEAD (KFGO-AM) -- An MSU-Moorhead student is accused of raping another student in a dorm room and inviting others to watch.
Court documents say Angel Vega, 23, got the student drunk and then forced her to have sex with him, while videotaping it.
Vega is charged with 3rd degree criminal sexual conduct. His bail is set at $60,000. He'll be in court again Sept. 12.
