FARGO (KFGO-AM) -- The West Fargo woman charged in the death of her four-day old baby was back in court. A new preliminary hearing date was set for next month for Reanne Pederson.
Pederson is charged with felony negligent homicide and ingesting a controlled substance. Court documents say she had just snorted hydrocodone and was breast feeding when she fell asleep. When she woke up, the baby was unresponsive.
Pederson will be back in court Sept. 24.
