FARGO (KFGO-AM) - Another case of vandalism at the Cass County Courthouse, the third incident in the past week.
This time, police caught a man writing graffiti on a boarded up window at the main entrance to the courthouse. Those windows were smashed out by rocks last Wednesday, replaced, and then shattered again Sunday.
Sargent Tom Morris came across the vandal while on patrol early Monday. Morris surprised the man who tried to walk away.
28-year old Christopher Wagar was arrested for criminal mischief. He's also considered a suspect in the previous incidents.
The graffiti found Monday morning, scribbled with a black marker, is similar to writing on rocks wrapped in paper used to shatter entrance windows last week. The graffiti reads in part, " that last thing I told you about my teenage past is absolutely the key to craking [sic] Nazism." The message ends abruptly in mid-sentence, apparently at the point Sargent morris surprised Wagar.
