Langseth honored at MSU-M

MOORHEAD, Minn. (KFGO AM) -- MSU-Moorhead has named a building after former Senator Keith Langseth.

The Science Laboratory building is now named "Langseth Hall."

Langseth served in the Minnesota Senate for 32 years and helped secure funding for renovation projects at universities throughout the state.

Langseth helped get $21 million for the building named after him.

The former senator also received an honorary doctorate degree at MSU-M's fall commencement.
