WAHPETON, N.D. (KFGO-AM) -- A Wahpeton man is facing felony drug charges after his arrest near an elementary school last week.
Police say they discovered substantial evidence of a meth lab in the bedroom of a home when they responded to a family disturbance call. Drug agents say they later discovered funnels, baggies, burnt tinfoil, lithium batteries, tubing, gloves, measuring cups and other items related to the manufacture of meth.
Police say Casey Binfield, 26, threw a syringe and hypodermic needle against the outside of Zimmerman Elementary School as officers were running after him.
