MOORHEAD, Minn. (KFGO AM) -- The Rourke Art Gallery in Moorhead has been auctioned off.
The gallery at 523 4th St. S. sold for $95,500.
It was bought by a Fargo architect.
The Rourke board of directors determined they would be able to cut costs by selling off one of the museum's locations.
While the historic 1875 built Martinson House was sold, the Rourke Art Museum on Main Avenue will remain open.
