FARGO (KFGO-AM ) -- An earlier physical confrontation with security staff at Sanford Medical Center in Fargo prompted a Moorhead man to make threats that led to a high police presence and added security precautions last Friday.
That's according to police reports connected with the investigation obtained by KFGO News. Peter Rovang, 53, is charged with felony terrorizing. He was arrested at his home in Moorhead.
Police say he identified himself in one call and told another Sanford operator that he'd blow the place up if he wasn't given the names of security officers that he had the altercation with.
