PELICAN RAPIDS (KFGO-AM) -- A woman was killed in a rollover in Otter Tail county early Friday and a man is in custody.
It happened on a curve on the east side of Franklin Lake, near Pelican Rapids.
A 29-year old Texas woman died at the scene. A 42-year old man from Florida was arrested on a criminal vehicular homicide charge. Authorities believe the driver had been drinking.
