Woman arrested after leaving scene of accident

 FARGO (KFGO AM) A Fargo woman is facing charges in connection with a bizarre accident last week in South Fargo.  Police say 24-year old Vanessa Scott collided with a parked car and then drove off.

Eyewitnesses confronted Scott after following her to a stop sign several blocks away. They told police she denied hitting the car but agreed to let one of the witnesses take a photo of her license plate. As he crouched down to take the photo, Scott backed up and struck the man with her car, causing minor injuries.

Police were able to locate and arrest Scott for DUI, reckless endangerment and failure to remain at the scene of an accident.
