FARGO, N.D. (KFGO AM) -- A Bismarck man is in the Cass County jail, facing a number of charges following a wild chase that started in Moorhead and ended in Fargo last night.

33-year old Kendall Feist, who had warrants out for his arrest, was spotted in the Moorhead Industrial Park but left before police arrived.

He fled a traffic stop as officers tried to pull over his pickup, eventually driving onto the Villiage Green Golf course.

Police backed off the pursuit there and again as Feist's pickup entered the I-94/ 25th street construction zone in south Fargo.

Fargo police and the North Dakota Bureau of Criminal Investigation, with the use of a helicopter, tracked Feist to West Acres Mall.

That triggered a brief, emergency lockdown of the shopping center until police found and arrested Feist.

He was wanted on drug related charges and faces felony charges for fleeing police and criminal damage to property.
