FARGO, ND. (KFGO AM) -- The day before Thanksgiving is one of the busiest travel days of the year, so today, every state trooper in North Dakota will be on patrol.
Sergeant Tom Iverson says with all the extra traffic on the roads, troopers want to make sure those behind the wheel are sober.
124 people have been killed in crashes this year, in North Dakota.
Iverson urges you buckle up, stay sober, and drive for conditions.
Last year, the state had a record high 170 traffic fatalities.
