FARGO, N.D. (KFGO AM) -- A man's claim he was on his way to his dying sister's bedside in Seattle did not get him out of a speeding ticket in Fargo early this morning.
Cass County deputies pulled the Pennsylvania man over near the tri-level after they clocked his car doing 107 mph as it sped westbound on I-94.
The ticket will cost him $135 and he also racked up 15 points.
The driver was sent on his way with a stern warning to slow down.
Another driver saw the speeding car east of Moorhead and called 9-1-1.
