ADA, Minn. (KFGO AM) -- A 19-year-old man accused of shooting a Norman County, Minnesota sheriff's deputy in April appeared in court for a pre-trial hearing.
The judge called the case "complicated."
Police say Steven Henderson shot a deputy eight times, hitting him twice, after his brother was arrested during a traffic stop.
He faces four felonies.
The next court date was set for August 20th.
