WAHPETON, N.D. (KFGO AM) -- Wahpeton Police are searching for a man who held up the northside Tesoro convenience store on the highway 210 bypass around 2:30am Thurs.
Sargent Dan Nordick tells KFGO News, the robber had a pistol and demanded money from the cash register. The clerk complied. The robber fled the store with an undetermined amount of money.
It's believed he left the parking lot in a mid-sized, dark colored car with a rear spoiler.
The vehicle was last seen going north on county road 87, toward the Minn-Dak Cooperative sugarbeet plant.
Police are reviewing surveillance video and may release a photo of the suspect later.
